Ludington boys soccer squad shuts down Manistee in Lakes 8 play

The Ludington boys soccer squad blanked Manistee 3-0 on Thursday night in a Lakes 8 contest.

Lynn Richard, Zach Peterson and Lucien Chasse each chipped in with a goal for the Orioles while Ben Knoer contributed with three assists.

The Orioles were paced on defense by the two goalkeepers, Kyle Wendt and Allen Maile, who split time in the shutout win.

Ludington improves to 9-3-2 overall and 3-1 in league play.

The Orioles will travel to face Muskegon Catholic next Tuesday.
