The Ravenna volleyball team cooled off a bit at Saturday’s Grandville Invitational.
After starting season on a hot note, the Bulldogs dropped four of five matches at the tournament. They fell to Grandville 25-15, 25-11; Grand Rapids West Catholic 25-21, 25-17; Byron Center 25-21, 25-17 and Reeths-Puffer 6-25; 25-21; 15-10.
Ravenna beat Wayland 25-15, 25-22.
Amber Jacobs had 39 kills and served for the Bulldogs while Megan Crowley had 29 assists.
Ravenna is now 11-6-1 on the season.
