The Muskegon Community College volleyball squad cruised past Lake Michigan College in a three-set sweep on Tuesday night.

The Jayhawks won by service scores of 25-18, 25-18, 25-17.

Delaney Bennett paced MCC with 11 kills while Robbie Berg and Julie Brown added eight apiece.

The Jayhawks were paced defensively by Sammi Hockstra with 21 digs and Brown contributed with five blocks.

Katie Veihl chipped in with 26 assists for MCC.

The Jayhawks are now 22-14 on the season and 14-2 in league play.

Muskegon Community College will face the #1 seed of the MCCAA East Division on Saturday in the state tournament.
