Orchard View stumbles in second half as Benton Harbor pulls away

Orchard View fell to Benton Harbor, 46-8, in non-conference action Friday.

After falling behind 19-0 in the second quarter, the Cardinals scored and added a 2-point conversion to go to the half trailing 19-8.

Jayden Day rushed for 133 yards on 35 carries for OV, scoring a touchdown, and Tommy Shawl added 45 yards on eight carries.

Orchard View (3-4) will face North Muskegon in a non-conference showdown to finish the regular season Friday.
