After a tight first quarter, Oakridge rolled past Berrien Springs, 34-7 in non-conference action Friday.

The visiting Eagles scored first on Koleman Wall’s one-yard touchdown run and added a 15-yard TD on a blocked punt return by Cole Harger for a 13-0 lead.

Berrien Springs scored to cut its deficit to 13-7 after one quarter, but Leroy Quinn’s 43-yard TD reception from Wall put Oakridge up 20-7 at the half.

Blake Masterman (2-yard run) scored in the third quarter for Oakridge  and Quinn finished the scoring (1-yard) in the fourth.

Quinn led the Eagles with 127 yards on 27 carries and Alex Shoop had 88 yards on 11 carries.

Oakridge, which finished the regular season 7-2, finished with 392 total yards while holding Berrien Springs to 81 total yards. The Eagles will learn the identify of their first-round playoff opponent on Sunday night.
