The Reeths-Puffer soccer team came from behind to defeat rival Mona Shores 2-1 on Tuesday in O-K Black Conference action.

Anthony Sowles scored early in the first half for Mona Shores, putting his team up 1-0 going into the second half.

Reeths-Puffer’s Jadyn Flannery scored his first goal of the season in the second half, knotting the score 1-1. Minutes later Zac Brosco scored the game-winner for the Rockets.

The Rockets had a slim 13-11 edge in shots on goal. R-P goalkeeper Jake Lofgren collected the win.

Reeths-Puffer is now 8-5-3 overall and 4-3-2 in the conference. Mona Shores fell to 8-6 overall and 7-2 in the league.
