The Ravenna Bulldogs are Class C district volleyball champions.

The Bulldogs claimed the title with a 25-18, 25-15, 25-17 victory over North Muskegon in the district championship game at Western Michigan Christian High School.

Amber Jacobs set the pace for Ravenna with 19 kills while Megan Crowley had 19 assists. Haley Lemkie served three aces for the Bulldogs.

Defensively, Jacobs had 12 digs, Jessica McWatters added eight and Lemkie totaled seven. Mataya McBride had a block for the Bulldogs.

Ravenna, now 26-15-1 on the season, advances to the regional semifinals on Tuesday at 7 p.m. against Beaverton. The game will be played at Pinconning High School.
