A pair of double-doubles led the Fruitport Calvary Christian girls basketball team to a 59-36 win over Fruitport in a non-league game on Friday night.

Kelsey Richards scored 31 points, grabbed 11 rebounds, and dished out seven assists for the Eagles, while Liz Cammenga added 16 points and 11 rebounds.

Fruitport Calvary’s defense also forced 25 turnovers throughout the contest.

Sydney Bol led the Trojans with nine points.

PENTWATER 46, MANISTEE CATHOLIC CENTRAL 36 – The Falcons were led by Taylor Wilkinson with 15 points and eight rebounds while Julia Hall had a solid night with 13 points and seven steals. Madi Wagner chipped in with 10 points for Pentwater, which is now 3-3 on the season and 2-1 in league play.

KENT CITY 65, WHITE CLOUD 27 – Zara Weber scored 26 points to lead the Eagles to a victory. The Kent City defense was lockdown early holding White Cloud to just two first quarter points and nine during the first half. Kenzie Bowers added 20 points for the Eagles.
