The West Michigan Lake Hawks had a strong first half, then hung on down the stretch to capture a 123-111 victory over Team Network on Saturday in Taylor, Michigan.

West Michigan outscored the hosts 36-27 in the first quarter and 34-27 in the second to build a 70-54 lead that proved to be decisive.

Jalen Raglund, who was playing injured, led the Lake Hawks with 26 points and 11 rebounds. He hit double digits in scoring before the end of the first quarter.

Marquis Brewer also had 26 points, along with five assists and three steals. Terry Walker added 20 points and 11 rebounds, R’Jon Anderson had 13 points, 10 assists and three steals and Xavier Keeling had 10 points, eight rebounds, five assists and three steals.

Otis Smith grabbed 18 rebounds for West Michigan.
