The Grand Haven girls basketball team used tough defense to shut down Reeths-Puffer 37-16 in a non-conference game on Tuesday.
The Bucs took control with a 23-7 advantage in the first half. Grand Haven’s defense forced many of the Rockets’ 28 turnovers.
Alli Keyser scored a game-high 14 points for Grand Haven while Sophie Mariana had eight points and seven rebounds.
Bridget McHugh led Reeths-Puffer with seven points.
