The Mona Shores boys basketball squad managed an OK Black league win against Kenowa Hills 70-65 in overtime on Friday.

Jarvis Walker led the Sailors down the stretch converting on seven of eight from the free throw line and finishing the night with 24 points.

Mona Shores led 34-27 at the half, but a 16-6 Kenowa Hills run gave the Knights a 43-40 advantage heading into the fourth quarter.

The Sailors fought back in the fourth to force overtime for the second consecutive contest.

James Gilbert chipped in with 16 points and nine rebounds for Mona Shores.
