The Oakridge boys and girls bowling teams each picked up victories over Ravenna on Monday night to start the week of high school bowling.

The Eagles boys team won 28-2 and the girls team won 17-13.

Brandon Jones led the Eagle boys with a score of 423 while Dylan Houston scored 393 and Josh Felkoski scored 392.

The Eagles girls were led by Alyssa Major with a total score of 399 and Zoe Cerchiori with a score of 378.

Tim Linck led Ravenna with a score of 395 while Andre Guzman rolled a score of 373. Rounding out the Ravenna boys team was Ethan May with a score of 371, Derek Place with a score of 363, and Caleb McCullough with a score of 276.

Hannah Shull led the Ravenna girls with a score of 390 while Lindsey Ruch scored 342, and Lauren May rolled a 340. Brieanna McFarren scored a 336 while Amaya Guzman bowled a 297.

Monday

Mona Shores boys 15, Fruitport boys 15 – Conor Homan led the Sailors with a score of 369 on Monday while Aaron Flanagan rolled a score of 345. Rounding out the Mona Shores scores were Trevor Gjertsen with 323, Max Nawrocki with 304 and Shane Olejarczk with 290.

Mona Shores girls 17, Fruitport girls 13 – Nyla Gill paced Mona Shores with a score of 335 while Krystina Richards scored 325. Marrisa Bacon rolled a score of 310 while Lindsay Cross scored 304 and Bailey Graham scored 295.

Wednesday

Ravenna boys 30, West Michigan Christian boys 0 – Derek Place paced Ravenna with a score of 423 while Ethan May rolled a 396. Rounding out the Ravenna scores were Guzman with 346 while Caleb McCullough scored 331 and Tim Linck scored 330.

Fruitport Girls 29, Grand Rapids Union girls 1 – River Jones led the Trojans with a score of 271 on Wednesday while Jessica Plichta scored 262 and Brynne Tober bowled a 224. Rachel Pierce bowled in only one of the two games and rolled a 204.

Grand Rapids Union boys 17, Fruitport boys 13 – Connor Hines paced Fruitport with a score of 362 while Logan Wadland rolled a 361. Rounding out the Trojan scores were Cam Weaver with a 239 and Evan Simonis with a 227.

Oakridge boys 17, Fremont boys 13 – Hunter Cook led the Packers in a losing effort with a score of 394 while Tyler Scuhburt scored 365 and Ethan DeKryger 347. Ethan Tedford rounded out the Fremont series scores with a 338. Oakridge scores were not available.

Thursday

Reeths-Puffer boys 18, Mona Shores boys 12 – Trevor Gjertsen led the Sailors in a losing effort with a score of 351 while Aaron Flanagan nearly matched him with a 347. Rounding out the series scores for Mona Shores were Max Nawrocki with a 294 and Patrick Wiltenberg with 256. Reeths-Puffer scores were not available.

Reeths-Puffer girls 17, Mona Shores girls 13 – Marrisa Bacon rolled a high score of 361 to lead Mona Shores while Lindsay Cross scored 331 and Graham scored 323. Nya Gill scored a 312 while Krystina Richards scored 290. Reeths-Puffer scores were not available.
