Cody Bowers drained a three-point shot at the buzzer in overtime to lead Kent City to a 48-45 win over Morley Stanwood and clinch the CSAA Silver crown on Friday night.

The Eagles led 13-8 after the first quarter and 19-16 at halftime, before Morley Stanwood went on a run in the third quarter to take a 32-29 lead.

Eli Carlson led Kent City, which is a perfect 17-0 on the season, with 15 points.

FREMONT 62, NEWAYGO 52 – The Packers trailed 16-14 but gained the lead in the second quarter and led 27-26 at halftime. The game remained close during the second half until Fremont took a 12-point lead late in the fourth quarter. Bailey Baddis led the Packers (13-3, 10-2) with 14 points, while Logan Karnemaat added 12 points.

LAKEVIEW 48, HESPERIA 30 – Scott Peters scored 15 points and added seven rebounds to lead the Panthers. Lakeview led 14-11 after the first quarter before shutting down out Hesperia (3-14, 1-8) in the second quarter to take a 26-11 halftime advantage. Jacob Klemundt added nine points for the Panthers.

PENTWATER 66, MASON COUNTY EASTERN 39 – The Falcons were led by Glenn Miller and Max Stoneman with 16 points each while Austin Hofmann added 14. Pentwater (12-5, 8-4) led 15-12 after the first quarter, 25-16 at halftime and 46-30 after three quarters.

GRAND RIVER PREP 76, FRUITPORT CALVARY 55 – The Eagles were led by Ben Zelenka with 15 points, while Luke Anhalt added 14 and Jacob McFarren chipped in with 12.
