Jacob McFarren and Luke Anhalt each tallied double-doubles to lead Fruitport Calvary Christian to a 59-54 Alliance League win over Holland Black River in boys basketball on Tuesday.
McFarren put up 24 points and grabbed 15 rebounds while Anhalt had 10 points and 10 rebounds for Fruitport Calvary.
The Eagles relied on a 31-20 half-time lead and managed to build a 46-32 edge by the fourth quarter.
After an onslaught of Black River 3-pointers in the fourth, the Eagles held on for the win.
Zach Zehr also led Fruitport Calvary (4-9, 4-4) with 16 points and five steals.
