The Mason County Central girls basketball cruised past neighborhood rival Ludington 46-20 on Tuesday in a non-league contest.

The Spartans were paced by Rachel Allen with 12 points, seven steals, fiveassists and two block shots.

Mason County Central, which improved to 13-7 on the season and is 9-5 in league play, led 6-4 after the first quarter and 25-8 at halftime after outscoring the Orioles by a 19-4 margin during the second quarter.

The Spartans increased their advantage to 39-12 heading into the fourth quarter.

Kelsey Kosiboski added seven points and four steals for Mason County Central.

The Orioles are now 11-8 on the season.
