Ravenna earned a hard fought win on Monday night when it topped North Muskegon 48-43 in a WMC girls basketball game.

The Bulldogs (3-15, 2-11) pulled away in the fourth quarter after overcoming two early 10-point deficits.

Ravenna trailed 14-10 after the first quarter but was able to tie up the score 26-26 at half. The Bulldogs trailed 32-31 to start the fourth but outscored the Norse 17-11 in the quarter.

Megan Crowley led Ravenna with 18 points and eight steals while Jessica McWatters totaled 13 points and five assists.

North Muskegon was led by Ellie Hayhurst with 10 points.
