The Fremont boy’s basketball team had an easy time in a 64-37 victory over Tri-County on Monday in its Class B 
district tournament opener.
The Packers led 49-15 after three quarters and cleared their bench. Fourteen Fremont players scored, led by Logan Karnemaat with 11 points. Ben Schmidt and Bailey Baddis each added nine points.
Fremont advances to Wednesday’s semifinals against Sparta at 6 p.m.
