The Grand Haven girls soccer team came away with a 1-1 tie with 
Hudsonville Unity Christian on Monday.
The first half was scoreless. Grand Haven’s Jennifer Dear scored from 28 yards out about midway through the second half to break the tie.
Unity Christian scored the tying goal with about 11 minutes remaining in the game.
The Bucs were outshot 7-4.
