The Western Michigan Christian girls soccer team used balanced scoring to defeat Ravenna 3-1 on Thursday in a Division 4 district semifinal contest.

The Warriors received scoring from Anna Systema, Claudia Kingma and Madisynn Pearce with assists from Emily Rosema and Natalie Riksen.

The Bulldogs lone goal was scored by Schuyler Wetzig which was assisted by Alexys Shimmel.

The Warriors will face North Muskegon in a Division 4 district final contest on Friday.

WHITEHALL 4, FREMONT 0- The Vikings shutout Fremont to advance to the Division 3 district finals. Whitehall led 1-0 at the half and extended the lead in the second half to pull away. Rileigh Thommen led the Vikings with two goals while Ellie Stevens and Camryn Evans each added a goal. The Vikings will face Tri-County for a district championship on Saturday.

LUDINGTON 3, BENZIE CENTRAL 0- Behind Bre Mesyar’s two goals, the Orioles flew past Benzie Central to advance to the Division 3 district finals. Kendall Biggs also added a goal while Allie May chipped in with an assist. Ludington’s goalkeeper Allison Janowiak picked up the shutout in net with two saves. Ludington will face Big Rapids Saturday for the district title.
