The Oakridge baseball team captured an outright West Michigan Conference title after sweeping North Muskegon in a doubleheader on Tuesday.

The Eagles cruised past North Muskegon in the opener by an 8-1 margin, then won the nightcap 7-6.

In Game 1, Oakridge was led offensively by Koleman Wall with two hits, two RBIs and a run scored while Blake Masterman added three runs scored.

TJ Ruel pitched the win for the Eagles in the opener.

Jimmy Cobb led the Norse at the plate with three hits while Charlie Branch and Ryan Kenny each added a double in the opener.

In Game 2 Wall paced Oakridge with two hits, while Jared DeMint and Tommy Gautraud each added two hits apiece for the Norse.
