The West Michigan Whitecaps wrapped up their series in South Bend on Monday with a 6-2 victory.

Reynaldo Rivera paced the Whitecaps with two hits and two RBIs while Jordan Pearce, Colby Bortles and Joey Morgan all added two hits of their own. Pearce also had an RBI on the day.

Reliever Felix Viloria notched the win, allowing one run on three hits over 2 and 2/3 innings while Burris Warner picked up the save, giving up only two hits in 2 and 1/3 innings.

The Whitecaps are now 27-23 overall and in third place in the Midwest League Eastern Division standings, five games behind first place Lansing.

West Michigan will begin a three games series at Dayton on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
