Spring Lake cruised past Allendale with a 4-0 shutout victory in O-K Blue action on Wednesday night. 

Phoebe Sanders gave the Lakers a 1-0 lead, connecting on a pass from Taylor Colquitt. Saunders scored her second goal on a head shot sent from Kate Gilchrist.

Emily Bats had a goal and an assist and Laney Peasley scored a goal for Spring Lake.

Kamryn Lewkowski recorded the shutout in goal for Spring Lake.

WESTERN MICHIGAN CHRISTIAN 1, ORCHARD VIEW 0 – Carli Betten scored the lone Warrior goal. Claudia Kingma set up the tally off a thrown-in that found Jenna Houskamp who set up Betten for WMC (3-8, 3-1).

FREMONT 7, NEWAYGO 0 – The Packers jumped out to a 5-0 lead by half time. Bre Harris netted a hat trick while Natalie Jamieson scored two goals of her own. Holly Kortge scored a goal and had two assists and Elly O’Neill scored for Fremont (5-3-1, 4-3). Torey Reichert-Slater and Taylor Mulder combined for the shutout in goal.

WEST MICHIGAN CONFERENCE

WHITEHALL 2, SHELBY 1 – The Vikings took a 1-0 lead 16 minutes into the game off of an Ellie Stevens goal, assisted by Camryn Evans. Emma Thompson’s penalty-kick goal 11 minutes into the second half gave Whitehall a 2-0 lead. Shelby’s Amy England scored with two minutes left to play off a pass from Belle Knoth.
