Alexys Shimmel’s four-goal and one assist performance led the Ravenna girls soccer team to a 9-1 victory over Mason County Central on Tuesday in a West Michigan Conference contest.

Isabel Hammond added a three-goal hat trick and an assist for Ravenna while Hayley Dekker scored two goals.

Chelsea Theile chipped in with two assists for the Bulldogs, who improved 5-3 on the season and 2-2 in league play.

Bailey Walker and Hollie Griffith each split time in net for Ravenna.

NORTH MUSKEGON 13, HART 0 – The Norse pounded out 13 goals to cruise to a league win and improve to 8-0 on the season and 5-0 in conference action. North Muskegon was led by Hope Johnson and Sophia Schotts with two goals each. Haley Slorf, Megan Sroka, Emma Berends, Audrey Johnson, Gwenna Pitts, Reyna Johnson, Abby Grevel and Elysia Maurer each added a goal. Johnson and Grevel also chipped in with four assists apiece.

OAKRIDGE 7, MONTAGUE 0 – Alexis Florez and McKenzie Swarts each scored two goals to lead the Eagles to a WMC victory on Tuesday. Teresa Hall, Andi Cartwright and Madison Bisson each added a goal for Oakridge while Cartwright also contributed with two assists. Brooke Ruel posted a shutout in net for the Eagles.
