North Muskegon takes third on Wednesday, bounces back with title on Friday

The North Muskegon boys tennis team took third on Wednesday in the Grand Rapids South Christian quad and first place on Friday in the Portland Invitational.

Individual Norse champions on Wednesday were Tom Schanhals (No.2 singles), Brennen McManus (No.3 singles) and August Decoster (No.4 singles).

On Friday, Norse champions were Jack Dobb (No.1 singles), Schanhals (No.2 singles), McManus (No.3 singles), Quinn Kersman and Sean Lynn (No.1 doubles), and the team of Gavin Grimm and Ethan Koman (No.4 doubles) while Decoster (No.4 singles) and the team of Charlie Branch and Shamus Corbett (No.3 doubles) finished runner-up.
