The Western Michigan Christian volleyball team won the Holton Invitational on Saturday, defeating Newaygo 25-23, 25-12, Oakridge 25-20, 23-25, 15-6, Hesperia 25-18, 14-25, 17-15 before defeating Hesperia 25-23, 25-18 in the championship.
Anna Sytsema led the Warriors with 31 kills and 54 digs while Meghan Heiss had 11 aces and 60 digs. Chloe Mitchell added 54 assists, 25 digs, and seven blocks.
The Warriors are now 7-1-1 overall on the season.
