The Muskegon Community College volleyball team cruised to a three-set victory over Jackson College on Thursday evening.

The Jahawks won by service scores of 25-10, 25-17 and 25-18 to improve to 13-5 on the season and 7-1 in conference play.

Julie Brown led MCC with nine kills while Amber Jacobs added eight.

The Jayhawks were paced defensively by Shelby Rasch with 15 digs while Katie Veihl added six digs along with 32 assists on the night. Maddie Heiss contributed with six blocks.
