The Grand Haven volleyball squad cruised to a three-set win over Kenowa Hills on Wednesday in a Division 1 district semifinal game.

The Buccaneers won by serve scores of 25-10, 25-20 and 25-15 to advance to the next round.

Ashley Slater paced Grand Haven with 17 kills while Avolyn Lepo had 11. Ashlyn Hall chipped in with 41 assists.

The Buccaneers were led defensively by Baby Hang with nine digs.

Grand Haven will look for another district title on Thursday against Reeths-Puffer.
