Ludington volleyball squad keeps season alive, defeats Manistee in district semis

The Ludington volleyball team advanced to the Division 2 district finals, defeating Manistee in three straight sets on Thursday night.

The Orioles won by scores of 25-5, 25-21 and 25-14 in the semifinal round.

De’Lahna Porter led Ludington with 11 kills and three blocks while Zoee Zatarga added four kills and 10 digs. Randi Stone chipped in with seven aces.

The Orioles will face Cadillac on Friday in the district finals at Benzie Central High School.
