Ravenna boys bowling team continues perfect season, rolls over West Michigan Christian

The Ravenna boys bowling team rolled to a 26-4 victory over West Michigan Christian on Wednesday.

River Buckner bowled scores of 222 and 257 to pace the Bulldogs while Ethan May scored 234 and 226. Mason Foreman scored 225 and 180 while Andre Guzman scored 210 and Jake Sladick scored 183.

With the victory, Ravenna improves to 7-0 on the season.

Mona Shores girls and boys both fall to Jenison

The Mona Shores boys bowling team dropped its contest against Jenison by a 29-1 margin on Wednesday.

Dylan Goryl paced the Sailors with scores of 206 and 165 while Mark Paperella had tallies of 179 and 180. Patrick Wiltenberg also bowled a 178 and 148 game.

Mona Shores is now 2-4 on the season.

The girls team also fell short against Jenison by a 26-4 score.

Marisa Bacon led the Sailors with a 202 score while Krystina Richards bowled scores of 199 and 182. Lindsay Cross had scores of 179 and 199.

Mona Shores is now 4-2 on the season.

Oakridge defeats Ludington in both girls and boys bowling

The Oakridge girls bowling team won a non-league match against Ludington by a 21-9 margin.

Alyssa Major paced the Eagles with scores of 201 and 158 while Morgan Foster added scores of 184 and 147. Kirsten Buchner bowled a score of 145.

The Eagles also defeated Ludington 25.5-4.5 in boys bowling competition.

Brandon Jones (232), Josh Felcoski (216), Austin Uhl (211) and Dylan Huston (200) each had scores over 200.
