The Muskegon boys basketball team clinched the O-K Black Conference championship in their last game of the regular season Friday, beat Fruitport 64-38.
The Big Reds led 19-7 after one, 39-15 at the break, and took a 53-28 lead into the fourth.
Junior Jarvis Walker led the Big Reds with 22 points, and also eclipsed the career 1,000-point mark. De’Airrus Ware chipped in 10 points.
The Big Reds finished the regular season with a 17-3 overall record and a 13-1 mark in conference play. They open district play on Monday at home against Grand Haven.
