A strong second half push by the Fruitport Calvary Christian girls basketball team led to a 32-31 win over Fruitport on Tuesday in non-league action.

The Eagles went on a 14-3 run during the third quarter to erase a nine-point Fruitport lead.

Kelsey Richards led Calvary with 15 points. Brionna Johnson finished with eight points and 11 rebounds while Lizzie Cammenga added seven points and nine rebounds.

The Trojans were paced by Sydney Bol with 11 points while Kennah Vermerris added 10.

The Eagles are now 11-3 overall and 6-0 in conference play.
