The Fruitport Calvary girls basketball team clinched a share of its seventh straight Alliance League title on Friday after defeating Byron Center Zion Christian 54-26 in league competition.

The Eagles, who have posted an 82-4 league record over the last seven seasons, are now 13-3 on the season and 7-0 in conference play.

Fruitport Calvary Christian jumped out to a 43-11 lead and never looked back.

Kelsey Richards paced the Eagles with 30 points and nine rebounds while Brionna Johnson had a monster game with 15 points and 18 rebounds.
