An 18-point fourth quarter helped propel Hart to a Division 3 district semifinal victory over Holton, 42-34 on Wednesday.
The Pirates jumped out to a 10-5 lead after the first quarter, but Holton chipped into that
lead as the Pirates led by just two at the half, 19-17.
Holton tied the game 24-24 heading into the final quarter with a 7-5 third quarter run.
The Pirates closed out the scoring with an 18-10 fourth quarter tear.
Simon Herrera paced Hart with nine points, while Alec Kempker and Orian Torres each added eight apiece.
The Pirates will face Hesperia on Friday on their home court in the district finals.
