Monday bowling roundup: Ravenna boys continue undefeated season

The Ravenna boys improved their record to 12-0 on the season with a 23-7 victory over Western Michigan Christian on Monday.

River Buckner paced the Bulldogs with a score of 205 while Derek Place scored 196 and Ethan May scored 194. Rounding out the Ravenna scores were Colt Willick with 191 and Adam Bundy with 159.

FRUITPORT BOYS TAKE DOWN REETHS-PUFFER – The Fruitport boys won their match on Monday by a score of 17-13.

Eli Covert led Fruitport with a total of 386 while Connor Hines scored a total of 350.

FRUITPORT GIRLS FALL TO REETHS-PUFFER – The Fruitport girls fell 23-7 to Reeths-Puffer on Monday.

Jessica Plichta led the Trojans with a total of 321 while Kennadi Dykstra finished with a total of 282.

WHITEHALL BOYS TAKE DOWN FREMOONT – The Whitehall boys bowling team downed Fremont 17-13 on Monday night behind Richie Grow  who scored 212 and 167.

Rounding out the Whitehall boys were Louie Hosticka with 195 and 163, Charlie Glamzi with 174 and 181, Tyler Brandel with 140 and 113, Chris Morton with 144 and Sebastian Workman with 106.

WHITEHALL GIRLS FALL TO FREMONT – The Whitehall girls lost 21-9 against Fremont on Monday.

Jackie Jacobs led the Vikings with scores of 191 and 178 while Jayden Sheehy scored 128 and 137. Rounding out the Whitehall scores were Katie Ferris with 109 and 103, Molly Karchinski with 90 and 86, Haylee Spicklemire with 105 and Madison Bishop with 75.
