The Muskegon boys basketball team won a nail-biter at home over Kalamazoo Central, 66-59, on Saturday.

The game was tight throughout, with the Big Reds leading 15-14 after one quarter, 36-29 at halftime and 51-43 after three quarters. The difference came in the second quarter, when Muskegon had a 21-15 edge.

Jarvis Walker led the Big Reds with 29 points and seven rebounds. Vern Nash added 15 points and De’Airrus Ware had 10 points and seven rebounds.

The Big Reds are now 15-3 on the season.
