The Muskegon girls basketball squad cruised to a 64-42 win over Reeths-Puffer on Tuesday in O-K Black Conference play.

The Big Reds jumped out to an 18-7 lead after the first quarter, led 35-16 at halftime and had a 50-29 advantage heading into the final stanza.

Alyza Winston led Muskegon in scoring, recording 24 points and adding four assists.

De’shonna Day finished with 18 points, three assists and four boards while Brianna Alexander followed with 13 points, four rebounds and three assists.

Lauren Ross led Reeths Puffer with 25 points and eight rebounds. Emily Caltagirone added eight points.
