The Hart girls basketball squad earned a league win with a 47-36 victory over Shelby on Thursday.
The Pirates trailed 14-10 after the first quarter, led 23-20 at halftime and had a 34-25 advantage heading into the fourth stanza.
Nicole Rockwell paced Hart with 20 points.
The Tigers were led by Lexi Schultz with nine points while Kendall Zoulek added eight points and six rebounds.
Shelby is now 2-18 on the season and 1-13 in conference play.
MASON COUNTY CENTRAL 52, ONEKAMA 37- Rachel Allen paced the Spartans with 18 points and four steals while Maddy Bladzik added 14 points and four steals. Kelsey Kosiboski pulled down 11 rebounds,
Mason County Central led 9-7 during the first quarter, 20-18 at halftime and 30-27 through three quarters. The Spartans finished strong with a 22-10 fourth quarter run.
The Spartans are now 15-5 on the year and 10-4 in league play.
WHITEHALL 47, NEWAYGO 41- The Vikings finished the game strong with a 12-4 run to nab a non-league win.
Abby Seeger paced Whitehall with 13 points and six rebounds while Kacy Jeffries added 12 points. Bailee Spicklemire and Rileigh Thommen each had six steals.
The Vikings led 12-6 after the opening quarter and 29-26 at halftime. Whitehall trailed 37-35 after the third stanza before closing the game strong.
Whitehall is now 17-2 overall on the season and 12-2 in league play.
NORTH MUSKEGON 31, RAVENNA 30- The Bulldogs were led by Ana Postema with nine points, four rebounds and five assists.
