Pentwater advances to Division 4 district finals with victory over Walkerville

The Pentwater girls basketball squad advanced to the Division 4 district finals with a 54-35 victory over Walkerville on Wednesday.

Madi Wagner paced the Falcons with 22 points and 14 rebounds while Terra Cluchey added eight points and four assists.

Pentwater led 12-10 after the opening quarter, 25-19 at halftime and 42-23 through three quarters.

The Falcons will face the winner of Big Rapids Crossroads and Mason County Eastern on Friday in the Division 4 district finals.
