The Muskegon Catholic girls soccer squad picked up a 3-2 non-league win over Montague on Friday.

The Crusaders were led by Erin Lavigne with two goals while McKenna Gentry added a single tally. Both Hannah Ladd and Kyra Tyler each added an assist.

All five goals were scored during the second half.

Emma Flynn scored both goals for the Wildcats.

NORTH MUSKEGON 3, GRAND RAPIDS COVENANT 0 – Sophia Mueller paced the Norse with two goals while Abby Grevel added one. Grevel and Gwenna Pitts each chipped in with an assist.

North Muskegon led 2-0 at halftime and outshot GRCC by a 25-7 margin throughout the contest.

FRUITPORT CALVARY 7, WYOMING POTTER’S HOUSE 0- The Eagles jumped out to a 6-0 lead at halftime.

Emily Wesner paced FCC with two goals and three assists, while Bree Johnson added two goals and an assist. Emily May chipped in with a goal and an assist and both Alex Assaad and Kamea Sutherland had a goal.

The Eagles are now 6-1-1 overall on the season and 2-1-1 in conference play.
