The Muskegon Catholic girls tennis team defeated Western Michigan Christian 7-1 on Wednesday.

Alaina Kohley (No.1 singles), Aremy Salazar (No.2 singles) and Ava Asmus (No.3 singles) all won singles for the Crusaders while Emma Visker (No.4 singles) was the lone winner for Western Michigan Christian.

Double teams who won for Muskegon Catholic were Jazmine Bennett and Amelia Heminger (No.1 doubles), Hazel Rodriguez and Anna Riegler (No.2 doubles), Brenna Kieft and Andrea Sanford (No.3 doubles) and the team of Emma Maierhauser and Nia Merriweather (No.4 doubles).

SPRING LAKE 7, CALVIN CHRISTIAN 1 – The Spring Lake tennis team took down Calvin Christian by a score of 7-1 Wednesday.

Singles winners for the Lakers were Jensen Hussey (No.1 singles), Taylor Duer (No.2 singles) and Maddy Duer (No.3 singles).

Doubles team winners for the Lakers were Adeline Sherman and Rachel Oostindie (No.1 doubles), Erin Burke and Zoe Walters (No.2 doubles), Taylor Gates and Erika McSheehy (No.3 doubles) and the team of Abbi Perkins and Mahli Break (No.4 doubles).

FRUITPORT 8, REETHS-PUFFER 0 – The Fruitport tennis team shut-out Reeths-Puffer on Wednesday in an OK-Black conference matchup.

Trinity Busscher (No.1 singles), Haleigh Winskas (No.2 singles), Olivia Parling (No.3 singles) and Hannah Kelly (No.4 singles) all picked up singles victories for the Trojans.

In doubles action, Emily Dirkse and Alison Blakeman (No.1 doubles), Hannah Labash and Hope Busscher (No.2 doubles), Katie Dirkse and Rowan Baird (No.3 doubles) and the team of Jllian Hawley and Delaney Shannon (No.4 doubles) all picked up victories for Fruitport.
