The Whitehall girls soccer team downed Ravenna 5-1 on Friday in a West Michigan Conference Tournament semifinal game.

Rileigh Thommen led the Vikings with two goals and an assist. Maggie Evans and Kacy Jeffries each added one goal for the Vikings, who will play first place North Muskegon on Monday in the conference title game.

Whitehall is now 14-2 overall and 7-1 in the conference.

NON-CONFERENCE

MUSKEGON CATHOLIC 5, WELLSPRING PREP 1 – The score was tied 1-1 at halftime, then MCC unleashed four goals down the stretch. McKenna Gentry, Josie Lindeberg, Payton Helton, Audrey Mey and Kyra Tyler scored for the Crusaders. Julia Drier, Mya Gonzalez, Erin Lavigne and Helton had assists.

MCC is now 8-5-2 on the season.

CSAA GOLD

FREMONT 5, LAKEVIEW 2 – Fremont led 1-0 at halftime, then pulled away in the second half.

Elly O’Neill scored two goals for the Packers while Natalie Jamieson, Kaley Wyant and Paige Kinsey added single tallies. Kinsey, O’Neill, Wyant and Jamieson all had assists. Audrey Johnson made six saves in net for the Packers.

Fremont is now 9-4-4 overall and 4-3-1 in conference play.
