The North Muskegon girls tennis team won a Division 4 regional championship on Friday at Grand Rapids South Christian High School.

The Norse finished with 26 team points, seven more than second-place Grant. North Muskegon also captured championships in six of the seven flights.

Regional champions for the Norse were Alicia Hall (No. 1 singles), Claire McCall (No. 2 singles), Noa Bowen (No. 3 singles), Lindsay Bliss (No. 4 singles), Belles Hardman and Lily Montgomery (No. 1 doubles), and Gabby Gaston and Greta Goszkowicz (No. 3 doubles).

Muskegon Catholic and Western Michigan Christian finished 9th and 10th, respectively, in the tournament.

North Muskegon and Grant now advance to the Division 4 state finals at Stowe Stadium at Western Michigan Unversity on May 31 and June 1.
