The Mona Shores baseball squad cruised to a 13-7 win over Kenowa Hills on Thursday in an O-K Black Conference contest.

The Sailors pounded out 16 hits as a team led by Jackson Neely with three hits and four RBIs.

Brady Rose, Reid McAvoy, Max Spagnuolo, Tyler Campbell and Diego Pena each added two hits apiece. McAvoy hit his first home run of the season.

Mona Shores’ pitcher Andrew Ross picked up the win, allowing three runs in six innings while striking out four batters.

The Sailors are now 18-5 on the season and 12-1 in conference play.

REETHS-PUFFER 15, MUSKEGON 0- The Rockets were led by Spencer Fredricks, Jason Ledford and Drew Johnson with two hits apiece.

Drew Johnson pitched the victory for Reeths-Puffer, allowing just one hit and striking out four batters.
