The Hesperia softball team ended a great season with a disappointing 9-0 loss to Standish Sterling on Saturday in the Division 3 regional semifinals.
Ellie Palmer suffered the loss for the Panthers, allowing nine runs on 14 hits in six innings.
Sophomore Becci Castillo produced Hesperia’s lone hit.
The Panthers finished their season with a 22-15 record.
