The Hesperia volleyball team got a big win on Wednesday with a straight set victory over rival Holton in CSAA Silver Division play.

The Panthers won by scores of 25-13, 25-20, 25-11.

Hesperia was led by Emily Bayle with nine kills while Rachel Romero and Isabelle Rumsey added eight and five kills, respectively.

Hesperia’s Kyra Sayer and Aria Thomas set up their teammates nicely, tallying 11 assists apiece.

The Panthers improved to 2-2 on the season and 1-0 on conference play. They will turn right around on Thursday and travel to Cadillac for a tournament.
