Jayhawks go 1-1 over weekend behind four goals from Haley Ruiter

The Muskegon Community College girls soccer team went 1-1 over the weekend, defeating Ancilla College 10-0 on Saturday before falling 3-1 to Delta College on Sunday.

In the victory on Saturday, Haley Ruiter and McKenna Bruin each had three goals to lead the Jayhawks while Lia Maggini, Nora Brown, Josie Bos and Isa Marquez all had one goal.

In the loss on Sunday, Ruiter had the lone goal for Muskegon.

The Jayhawks will next host Kellogg Community College on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
