The Muskegon Community College volleyball team stayed above the .500 mark with a 3-1 victory over Jackson College on Tuesday at Bartels-Rode Gymnasium.

Jaren Smith paced the Jayhawk attack with 15 kills, Abby Seeger served up five aces and Megan Crowley had 45 assists. Defensively, Gianna Megna and Jordyn Carlyle had 12 digs apiece while Bridget McHugh contributed nine blocks.

MCC, how 9-7 overall and 4-2 in the conference, will travel to Toledo, Ohio on Saturday to play Macomb Community College and Owens Community College.
