The Ludington volleyball squad posted a 1-1 record in a tri-match on Tuesday night.
The Orioles lost to host Jenison by scores of 11-25 and 21-25, then defeated Whitehall with scores of 25-12 and 25-23.
Elena Vaara paced Ludington with 17 kills, six blocks, four aces and 15 digs, while Zoee Zatarga had 20 digs and four aces. Veronique Chapman chipped in with 15 assists.
The Orioles are now 41-13-9 overall on the season.
Whitehall, which dropped both of its matches, was led by Rayne Thompson with 24 kills, nine blocks and 19 digs.
The Vikings were led defensively by Riley Mott with 24 digs. Maggie Evans and Jaden Mikkelson had 25 and 22 assists, respectively.
