The Western Michigan Christian volleyball team went 2-0 on Tuesday in a tri-match.

The Warriors defeated Calvin Christian by scores of 25-18 and 25-23, then cruised past Grand Rapids Kenowa Hills by scores of 25-11 and 25-15.

Kyla Wiersema paced WMC with nine kills while Alisha Leffring and Chloe Mitchell each had seven.

The Warriors were led defensively by Leffring with 17 digs and Grace VanBeek with 14. Mitchell also chipped in with 45 assists.

WMC is now 34-10-3 overall on the season.
