The Spring Lake football team ended its season with a 49-14 loss to unbeaten Byron Center on Friday in Division 3 action.
The Lakers trailed 21-0 after the first quarter, 28-0 at halftime and 42-0 through three quarters.
Trailing 49-0 in the fourth quarter, Spring Lake finally scored on a one-yard touchdown run by Zach Keyser.
Keyser closed out the scoring with his second touchdown of the game on a 10-yard run.
The Lakers finished their season with a 5-5 record.
